Zuppa di cavolo e pancetta

Ingredienti per 4 persone:
1 cavolo cappuccio di media grandezza, 1 cipolla piccola, 100 gr. di pancetta,1 dado vegetale,
1 spicchio d’aglio, 2 cucchiai di olio d’oliva, sale q.b., 2-3 cucchiaio di parmigiano grattugiato.


Preparazione:
Preparare il brodo con il dado in 1 litro di acqua. Lavare e tagliare a striscioline il cavolo e farlo insaporire nella casseruola con l’olio, la cipolla tritata quindi versare un mestolo per volta per portare a cottura.
Coprire il tegame e far sobbollire il tutto aggiungendo se necessario altro brodo e salare all’occorrenza.
